This is my 3rd year using this app and I am totally dependent on it! I am a special education teacher and this is "progress monitoring" right at your finger tips. Emails documentation for future reference! You can customize colors, points, terminology, anything! I am so hooked! The only think lacking is forming a graph but I will take it as it is!

Great app I have been using for 3 years and love it! Now many of my coworkers have started using it also. This app also has great tech support - prompt and very helpful!!!

This is a great app with terrific customer support. Please disregard my earlier 3-star rating! Vr. 5.7 runs well on iPads with iOS 6. Ive used it on an iPad4 and a Retina Mini without issue. It will not run on my original iPad1 (OS 5.1.1), but the App Store now downloads vr. 5.6 for older iPads (which I am happily using). Please note that the two versions are not compatible. However both versions are fully customizable and handle my large student load well (550+ students in 23 classes weekly). I plan to use TAP and my old iPad1 again next year. Thank you Chris for your awesome and timely help and support!

Here are some suggestions that will take the app to the #1 selling spot. 1. The ability to sync data in all devices...just like Dropbox. 2. A nicer more appealing interface. It lacks an ios7 color palette. Thanks!

Many of my teacher friends have this app. But we would love if we could do a weekly report card to be sent home every week to get signed by parents. Is it possible for an update to include a weekly progress note on behavior that is parent and student friendly. Is it possible to get a chart where all students can quickly be printed out on a weekly sheet? As of now you can print out all student behaviors from the past but you cannot print out a weekly report and the report is rather small and not parent friendly

This is an amazing app that I use on a daily basis. Great customer support! I love that you can set different values for different results. I would like to make one request... I would like to see a result ratio percentage (measuring good/bad results). This would allow me to take a quick snapshot of (and place a letter grade to) student behavior (ie. the classdojo app).

I love this app. Ive been using it for two years. That fact that I can set up my own actions and assign points to them is awesome. Im a PE teacher and use it every day. I can send emails to parents with just a few clicks. It is very user friendly. Thank you for creating a quality app to help make my day a little easier.

This is by far the best classroom management and parent communication app around. Its a bit to get started but the videos walk you through everything and then you will have smooth sailing for the whole year.

I purchased this to take notes on student behavior and so far, its done exactly what I need it to do. Many apps for teachers are too "cutesy" for secondary teachers, but the UI is clean and simple.

I work with special needs children. I am always on the lookout for tools that reduce the work involved in recordkeeping. This flexible app provides ready-made options and or the ability to create your own categories, terminology, rating system, and much much more. I highly recommend it.

We are required to have a documentation book each year. However, it can be really time consuming! With this app, I am able to customize it to class and can document a behavior, email a parent, and inform an administrator with a click of a button! Best app I ever purchased!

Ive used this app for two years and I love it more and more everyday. I teach students with special needs and it has been an amazing tool to document IEP goals. I use it to keep notes for parent conferences, differentiation and goal documentation, and parent contact documentation. I also use the randomizer feature to track student participation. The possibilities are endless. Love, love, love this App!

This is, by far, the best customizable app for teachers! I think even coaches, principals, parents, or anyone having to keep track of people will find it to be very useful. This app can be customized for any personal style of management. You decide what information you want to track. If you want to keep it simple, this app is for you. If you want to keep detailed records, this app is for you. Keep up the good work!

Has changed everything for me concerning tracking good and bad student behavior as a high school teacher!! It is so user friendly and Ive turned many other teachers in my school onto it and they love it too!!! Great foundational piece to create an effective learning environment!! 5 BIG STARS!!!

I am so upset that I spent $6 for this useless app. It has no functionality that justifies its cost. Simply put, do not waste your time or money. Want to know how frustrated I am? A month after purchasing this app Im still fuming to the point that I decided to write the first and only review Ive ever written just in hopes of saving someone else the $6 that I foolishly spent on this app.

Dont listen to that one-star reviewer. Seriously, I cant believe shes even reviewing the same app I use. This app is exactly what I was looking for! I didnt need a grade book. I didnt need a seating chart generator. All I needed was an app that allowed me to EASILY keep track of student behavior and participation and EASILY convey that information to parents. this app does just that. The best part about the app is that its fully customizable. You can change just about everything to fit the needs of your classroom. We all have apps wed love to tweak ourselves to make them just right for us, but Im not aware of another app that lets me do that, especially to the extent that Teachers Assistant does. With the other apps I end up having to tweak my needs to fit the app. Better still, the developer seems to actually listen to recommendations from his users and actually make improvements based on those recommendations. Would love to be able to sync between devices, but a minor inconvenience. Overall, great app! Get it! Recommend it to your teacher friends! Shoot, you could probably even use this app for managing clubs, activities, office volunteers, employees, youth groups, etc.
